Right of Return
Due to the nature of our products (linens) and for hygiene reasons, returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, under the following conditions:

The product is faulty.

There was an error in the dispatch of the order (wrong design, colour, or size).

The product is in its original, sealed packaging and has not been used, washed or altered.
2. Exceptions (Non-returnable items)
Returns are not possible in the following cases:

Special Orders Products made to your order in special dimensions.

Personalised Items Products featuring your company's logo (embroidered or printed).

Used Items Linens that have been washed or used, for hygiene reasons.
3. Return Procedure
If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below:

Photographic Material: In case of a defect, you will be asked for a photograph of the product.

Mission: Once your request has been approved, pack the product securely and send it to our headquarters in Kissamos.
4. Shipping Costs

Company Error / Defect In the event that the return is due to our error or a faulty product, Lino Kissamos will cover the full shipping costs.

Change of Mind In the event that the customer wishes to make an exchange for personal reasons (and provided the product meets the return conditions), the postage and re-dispatch costs will be borne by the customer.
5. Refunds
Once we receive the product and it's confirmed to be in its original condition, your refund will be processed within 10 working days In the same way the payment was made (bank transfer, credit card, etc.).
